Mission
At Business Women Brunchin Inc., we are more than a nonprofit—we are a movement of purpose-driven women committed to transforming lives, communities, and legacies. Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and empowering space for female entrepreneurs to build, brand, and boldly scale their businesses with confidence and community.
Rooted in faith, integrity, and service, we go beyond business. Through our community outreach initiatives, we actively meet the needs of those around us by offering food, clothing, hygiene kits, and other essentials—because we believe that impact starts with compassion.
Vision
Launching in September 2025, our Legacy Mentorship Program is designed to equip young women ages 10–24 with the tools to thrive early in life. Through life coaching, mental health support, college prep, resume building, life readiness workshops, and scholarship opportunities, we are cultivating the next generation of confident, purpose-filled leaders.
But our vision doesn’t stop there. We are committed to being a beacon of hope for youth aging out of the foster care system. With dreams of building transitional living facilities and dedicated resource centers, we aim to be the hands and feet of change—creating sustainable impact that heals, uplifts, and transforms.
We’re not just for the women. We are women for everybody—for every life we can touch, uplift, and empower.

Founder Story
When Ariana, a 17-year-old high school student, joined the BWB Minis Legacy Mentorship Program, she described herself as shy, unsure of her abilities, and uncertain about her future. She had dreams of becoming the first in her family to attend college but didn’t know where to begin.
Through BWB Inc., Ariana was paired with a mentor who guided her in setting personal goals, building self-confidence, and exploring scholarship opportunities. She attended our Pink Pumps & Power Moves event, where she connected with women entrepreneurs and saw living examples of what was possible.
Over time, Ariana’s confidence flourished. She not only applied to multiple universities but also began leading a peer group at her school, sharing what she learned from her mentor with other young women. Today, Ariana is enrolled in college with a scholarship, and she continues to mentor younger girls in her community.
Her words: “BWB Inc. didn’t just give me a mentor—they gave me a sisterhood. Now I know I can create a future that impacts not just me, but my family and the next generation.”
